A power hour is NOT a sales call.

As much as possible, power hours are scheduled within a one-week window after purchase completion.

In the event of a re-booking, arrangements must be made within twelve hours of the agreed time. In the event of a later rebooking, there is a £15 surcharge.

In the event you wish to cancel, please notify me within 12 hours of our agreed time for a full refund. In the event of a late cancellation, there is a cancellation fee of £15.

There are no refunds available if you do not show up for the call.

In the event I need to reschedule, I will notify you at the earliest time to rebook.

If, for some unforeseen event, I am unable to attend our call you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.

There are no refunds available after the call has taken place.
